Judy Says What?

Crystal Defanti, a California schoolteacher from Isabelle Jackson Elementary school in
California sent her class home with a DVD.  What was found on the disc was a real eyeful.  She did not know she had left 6 seconds of her gratifying herself sexually on the DVD.  She had the parents quite upset, understandably so.  Due to the fact that she was otherwise well respected, the school board allowed her to keep her teaching position… Let’s hope that in the future that teaching position is upright and clothed! 

Honestly though, it seems strange to me that she gets to keep the job – What do you think?  I wouldn’t think it was okay for her to expose children to that, even by mistake.  Now the parents have to explain to those children what they saw, at an age when they definitely should not be exposed to that sort of thing.  If it were my children, I would want her to lose her job or at least be transferred elsewhere.

Torrey Johnson, school district spokeswoman said of the DVDs – “Just destroy them.”  I am sure that living with students and their parents having seen what they saw is still quite a bit of punishment for her… Myself I wouldn’t want that same job in that same school.  As for destroying the DVDs… now the information they contained haunts Ms. Defanti by roaming the Internet in form of this news clip…
